In 2020, more than half of the world is in some form of a lockdown due to the unprecedented pandemic, most of us are staying at home while front-liners heroically dedicate their lives in fighting this ongoing battle. Despite what lies ahead of us may seem to be clouded with uncertainties, it is important to keep a positive mindset and a healthy wellbeing as we embrace this ‘new-normal’ phenomenon.
In a parellel dimension, we would be out and about our day- at the office, attending classes, going about public places without a second thought of social distancing. We could choose to see adjusting to the new-norm either as a dread, or favourable to a convenient reset in life.
